Texas Golfer Magazine published my essay in its current fall issue. I describe how the game should be more fun for everyone, especially women. The short version is that I tee off from the most interesting location, and don't worry about my handicap. Click the image to read or this link to the entire digitial issue. Cheers and go vote!

Great read, thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteGreat article, as a lady golfer I would really like to see more girls joining me on the golf course but can understand how most women don't really see much fun in the sport. This would really make it more accessible to women and maybe get more ladies out on the turf.
ReplyDeleteAs a designer I would like to get your input on what you think of the golf course I generally visit (I live in Oregon)... Here's a link to the course... http://www.pumpkinridge.com/
Please let me know what you think! Id love to hear your input. I'll be checking back on your blog. :)
Hi Alie,
DeleteThank you for your comments.
Unfortunately I've never been to Pumpkin Ridge.
I understand it has held a number of high level competitions.
It is difficult to meet the needs of the accomplished and average woman golfer. The average woman player deserves more than just an extra tee.
Have you been to Bandon Dunes?
Cheers
